The Building LCA module is based on the Project Tool and offers a comprehensive analysis covering all lifecycle phases A-D (from manufacturing to final handling). While enabling powerful and dynamic adaptability for real life analysis, the module is designed to enable everyone, regardless of domain knowledge, to perform complete analyses efficiently and automatically. This is to lower the threshold to be able to produce correct decision bases and enable active sustainable choices. Calculation and report according to EN 15978, compatible with building certifications such as BREEAM (SE & International), LEED, Environmental Building and NollCo! 2.
Climate declaration does not take many minutes with this module. In addition, the module meets all the related requirements set by Boverket, which makes the declaration itself worry-free for the project. The products (construction parts) that are not covered by the declaration are excluded from the compilation, much of the necessary data for the declaration is automatically calculated and users follow an educational template to supplement the declaration with certain project information and supporting documents (for example invoices/packing slips). Once the climate declaration is completed, it is possible to export both a comprehensive report and the file (in XML format) to be uploaded to Boverket's climate declaration portal. All documentation, including environmental product declarations and supporting documents, is then stored with high security in case Boverket requests an audit.
Like the other modules, the Logbook module is based on the Project Tool and its product compilation. The necessary data is compiled and analyzed automatically, as for the other parameters, and depending on whether the data has been imported from a 3D model, precise positioning can be used automatically. Whether it is for compliance with a building certification, the EU taxonomy or internal needs, the Prodikts logbook can be used to meet one or more criteria.
