The digital sustainability platform Prodikt (Carbonzero AB) and AMF Fastigheter have signed a SaaS agreement (Software as a Service) for sustainability calculations in projects. With the Prodikt platform, AMF Fastigheter will be able to calculate the climate footprint of its construction projects more precisely. This takes the company another step towards achieving its ambitious climate goals.
AMF Fastigheter joined the Science Based Targets initiative in 2019 and has set sharp climate targets in line with the Paris Agreement’s 1.5-degree goal. Among other things, climate calculations are carried out ahead of construction projects to show how different choices affect greenhouse gas emissions. The collaboration with Prodikt is expected to accelerate and quality-assure the work of reducing these emissions.

Carbonzero AB provides the digital platform Prodikt – www.prodikt.com – where construction projects can be analysed easily, from product choices through to operation. In collaboration with manufacturers, product data is made accessible and comparable across many different parameters. Prodikt does not rate or rank the products; the choice is made by, for example, the architect, purchaser or developer. The majority owner of the company is BIMobject AB.
