Hufvudstaden AB has chosen the project and sustainability platform Prodikt to perform climate calculations and make smart product choices in projects in a simple and cost-effective way.
“With Prodikt we have found an efficient tool that helps us calculate climate impact and optimise our tenant fit-outs based on both our own and our customers’ high sustainability requirements,” says Karl-Johan Wall, Head of Sustainability at Hufvudstaden.
Hufvudstaden is one of Sweden’s largest listed property companies. The company offers office and retail premises in Stockholm’s and Gothenburg’s most attractive locations. Hufvudstaden was founded in 1915 and today owns a total of 29 properties.
CarbonZero AB provides the platform for products and projects – Prodikt – where construction projects can be analysed easily, from early studies to completion. In collaboration with manufacturers, product data is made accessible and comparable across many different parameters. Prodikt does not rate or rank the products; the choice is made by, for example, the architect, purchaser or developer. The company is owned by BIMobject AB.
