To sharply reduce carbon emissions from the construction and real estate sector, there is a strong need for simple ways to calculate the climate impact of materials used in building projects. Sveafastigheter is therefore expanding its collaboration with Prodikt – a platform for building materials and projects – and is now launching annual subscriptions for all of its projects. This will enable Sveafastigheter to work actively with its entire project portfolio, gain extended control and make its sustainability work even more concrete.

Carbonzero AB provides the digital platform Prodikt – www.prodikt.com – where the sustainability of building products can be compared in a simple way. In collaboration with manufacturers, product facts are made accessible and comparable across many different parameters. Prodikt does not rate or rank the products; the choice is made by, for example, the architect, purchaser or developer. The majority owner of the company is BIMobject AB.
